A Research Forum organised by the China Studies Centre’s cluster of Chinese Language, Literature, Culture and Education (LLCE) will be held on 28th and 29th of November 2016 at the University of Sydney, Australia.

Papers will be presented in four panels by colleagues in the LLCE cluster and guest speakers from other universities. The language of the forum will be either English or Mandarin Chinese. Aims of the research forum are to explore continuities and differences over time in Chinese Studies and advance the exchange of scholarship with emphasis on an empirical orientation to functional studies of the new era of Chinese language, literature, culture and education.
